What You'll Do:
Develop and execute strategic business plan while driving incremental sales utilizing cross-functional partners.
Recruit, hire, and retain best-in-class talent.
Oversee effective day-to-day business and operations processes.
Manage, inspire, and empower your team by building trust, leading by example, and delivering effective training and development.
Build and foster client book development by connecting communities through innovative and adaptive thinking, and delivering meaningful experiences.
Drive Omni channel sales in a fast-paced environment by utilizing all available tools and technology.
You'll Need to Have:
Experience in managing a store and a team at a specialty retailer.
Focus on results, thriving on exceeding targets and driving KPIs.
Ability to problem solve, flexible, out-of-the-box thinker.
English proficiency.
