It is a place to bring up the imagination and unleash free-form creativity while remaining in the city.With seven locations in Madrid, Rome, Barcelona, Budapest, Vienna, Copenhagen, and Berlin, we are rapidly expanding, so you'll find IKONO in the heart of major cities across Europe (and beyond).YOUR MISSIONAs a Store Manager, you will be responsible for implementing IKONO strategy into the daily operations of the IKONO immersive gallery in Barcelona, following the IKONO Brand and Operations guidelines, with a focus on:Delivering outstanding customer experience.Maintaining IKONO gallery to the highest quality standards.Maximizing number of visitors while keeping customer experience.Motivating and aligning the team for the objectives above.WHAT YOU'LL DOCustomer Experience Excellence (10/10)Ensure outstanding Visitors' interaction through the implementation of training programs, communication initiatives, and follow-up, ensuring that team members consistently deliver an exceptional level of interaction with Visitors.Promote a high number of Google reviews, analyze, and implement measures to maintain high ratings.Highest Quality Standards for Your IKONO Immersive GalleryImplement the IKONO maintenance guidelines to guarantee that the museum is impeccably maintained and meets the standards.Identify operational deficiencies and implement improvement plans.Team Management, Motivation, and AlignmentHire and train your team.
You will have the support of our fantastic openings team!Implement company performance reviews, incentives, and training programs, promoting professional development and a high-performance culture.Foster motivation and alignment in the Team, cascading down the organizational culture to your team members.Organize staff schedules.Budget and P&L OwnershipTake ownership of budget and Profit and Loss (P&L).Maintain financial responsibility for all gallery expenses.Daily Operations and MaintenanceManage reservations and logistics of visitors entering the immersive gallery.Create and maintain a weekly report of operations and sales in the IKONO location.Inventory of products in the shop.Ensure policies, standards, and procedures are communicated and implemented.WHAT MAKES YOU STAND OUTProven experience in business (management, human resources).4 years' experience in a location where excellent customer service is at the core of the business (retail, hospitality, restaurant, entertainment, and/or travel industries).Team management experience.Fluent in English and Spanish is a must (min C1).
