We are looking for our new Store Manager based in ECI OVIEDO SALESAS.
Role purpose: The Store Manager is responsible for building and leading a high performing store team to ensure that they:
Achieve set goalsEffectively execute brand standardsDeliver operational excellenceAdhere to financial targetsBe a proactive and positive team playerThe Store Manager provides the highest level of customer experience and delivers the vision of the brand, supporting and mentoring the Assistant Store Manager and the Store Team with their personal and career development.
Key responsibilities: Leadership Motivate and inspire the team by articulating the compelling vision for the store, reflecting and maximising the power of the Salomon brandManage all aspects of the store scorecard: people, operations, finance and customers to deliver consistently high performing resultsCustomer Service Act as a role model and ensure that the team understands the customer's needs and profile, so they can deliver consistently high-quality serviceBe present and visible on the shop floor, interacting with customers and team membersOperations Effectively manage the store inventory levels ensuring the market and customer needs are metDeliver operational best practice through partnership with the District ManagerOversee activities, adhering to building safety, health and safety standards and inspections; maintaining a safe and secure environment for the team and customersManage the staff scheduling ensuring appropriate staff coverEnsure the company's policies are understood and adopted by all team membersSales and Finance Manage the resources to achieve the budgeted level of operating expenses spend and the in-store customer service experienceMonitor a loss prevention program to protect the company's inventory and assetsAnalyze sales trends to ensure optimal product selection and maximization of salesDeliver the P&L and retail KPI's in line with budget and forecastRecruitment, Training and Education Effectively lead the in-store team recruitmentWork with the ASM to ensure that all members of the team receive effective onboarding and ongoing training and educationActively support and deliver the personal career development opportunities of the store teamQualifications PROFILE WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Team management experiencePassion for sports, especially outdoor sportsRetail experiencePassion for the clientFluency in English is a plusChallenge orientedResponsibleTeam spiritOutgoingA dynamic personAdditional Information Full-time position 40h per week.
