Lead the design and development of new stores, from conceptualization to final execution, ensuring consistency with brand identity and operational needs are met. Collaborate closely with internal and external teams, as well as designers and suppliers, to ensure quality and adherence to established timelines. Manage the budget allocated for store design and development projects. Conduct market analysis and trend research to ensure designs are innovative and appealing to our target audience. Oversee the implementation of quality and safety standards at all project stages. Maintain close collaboration with the marketing, sales, construction, and project teams. Develop and present an annual plan for store openings, including new openings, renovations, and updates. WHAT DO WE NEED? Degree in Business Administration, International Business, or similar. Master's in Project Management is a plus. Previous experience in project management, retail design, new store openings, and similar roles. Analytical skills and market research capabilities (new trends, habits, and needs of the target audience…). Financial knowledge: ability to manage budgets and perform cost analysis. Teamwork skills. B2 English level or higher. Proficient in Office Suite (EXCEL). Availability to travel.
