We are looking for a Warehouse Assistant to support the retail department in activities related to the company's logistics operations.
The position is for one of our Menswear Corners ECI located in Plaza Cataluña, Barcelona.
25 hours per week in rotating weekly shifts. Monday to Friday, morning shift. Some Saturdays will be worked, on a rotating basis. Full-time job Long-term contract. B2 First Certificate level of English. Understanding of IT. Experience with PDA, Excel, RFID is highly valued. Warehouse with a capacity of 8,000 pieces. What you can expect: Reception of Goods: Unload and verify received merchandise. Ensure that the received products match the purchase orders. Storage: Sort and organize products on the corresponding shelves. Ensure that products are stored safely and accessibly. Inventory Management: Conduct periodic inventory counts. Update inventory records in the management system. Order Preparation: Pick and pack products for customer orders. Label and prepare shipments for distribution. Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the work area clean and organized. Ensure compliance with safety regulations. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as sales and logistics. Assist in resolving issues related to inventory and shipments. Your profile: Previous experience of 1 to 3 years in a previous position as a Warehouse Assistant in retail. Ability to maintain an organized and efficient warehouse. Skill in managing multiple tasks. Attention to detail in merchandise and its registration. Endurance and resilience, physical strength skills. Ability to move and lift medium to heavy objects. Familiarity with management and inventory systems, as well as technological tools. Team player. Availability to work variable hours and shifts.
