Issuance of the corresponding documents.- Verification of discrepancies and management of claims to the central warehouse.- Periodic inventories and support in showroom and stores.- Management of merchandise movement for special events- Management of external vendor invoices and create orders in SAP.- Management of TNT/FedEX incidents.- Control and management of shipments and inventory of merchandise in external warehouse.- Continuous contact with HQ- Organization of merchandise in showroom- Organization and management of Special Sale for employees.PROFILE-Previous experience in a similar role (Logistics and Transportation, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, Stock control).- Advanced knowledge of SAP is a must.- High level of English (spoken and written) is a must.- Knowledge of Italian is a plus.- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.- Excellent communication, coordination and organizational skills.This is not a Communication or a Marketing position.
