FUNCTIONS - Reception of merchandise and preparation of shipments. - Registration in the system (SAP) of incoming and outgoing movements. Issuance of the corresponding documents. - Verification of discrepancies and management of claims to the central warehouse. - Periodic inventories and support in showroom and stores. - Management of merchandise movement for special events - Management of external vendor invoices and create orders in SAP. - Management of TNT/FedEX incidents. - Control and management of shipments and inventory of merchandise in external warehouse. - Continuous contact with HQ - Organization of merchandise in showroom - Organization and management of Special Sale for employees. PROFILE -Previous experience in a similar role (Logistics and Transportation, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, Stock control). - Advanced knowledge of SAP is a must. - High level of English (spoken and written) is a must. - Knowledge of Italian is a plus. - Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. - Excellent communication, coordination and organizational skills.
