He does so by creating timeless pieces that, enhanced by precious materials and artisanal craftwork, resist the whim of fleeting trends with their pure and essential design JOB DESCRIPTION We are looking for a Stockeeper Head Office (40 hrs) for our branch in Spain & Portugal to manage all the functions of a showroom with a strong product-oriented focus.
FUNCTIONS - Reception of merchandise and preparation of shipments.
- Registration in the system (SAP) of incoming and outgoing movements.
Issuance of the corresponding documents.
- Verification of discrepancies and management of claims to the central warehouse.
- Periodic inventories and support in showroom and stores.
- Management of merchandise movement for special events - Management of external vendor invoices and create orders in SAP.
- Management of TNT/FedEX incidents.
- Control and management of shipments and inventory of merchandise in external warehouse.
- Continuous contact with HQ - Organization of merchandise in showroom - Organization and management of Special Sale for employees.
PROFILE -Previous experience in a similar role (Logistics and Transportation, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, Stock control).
- Advanced knowledge of SAP is a must.
- High level of English (spoken and written) is a must.
- Knowledge of Italian is a plus.
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, coordination and organizational skills.
