We are looking for a Stock/ Sales (M/F) for our new Store in Madrid.
As a Stockist (M/F), your missions will be the following (20H/week):
Ensure efficient stock management:Guarantee the correct reception of deliveries (unpacking, sorting, labeling, beeping, storage)Register deliveries by following the processesCarry out the daily restocking of the store in accordance with merchandising standardsEnsure the good performance of the reserve by guaranteeing rigorous and optimal storageMonitor the smooth running of transfer procedures between storesParticipate in the inventories (flying, monthly, fiscal) of the shopRespond to the needs of the sales team by bringing them the parts requested by the customers on the floorDeliver a unique customer experience:
Have a perfect knowledge of the stock in order to meet the expectations of the Customers as efficiently as possibleStreamline the link between stock and the sales area through a structured organizationMake sure to present a product according to Octane standardsBe an omnichannel ambassador for the Brand (apartment and web)Demonstrate curiosity and develop in-depth knowledge of the Brand and the productsKnow our CSR policy to respond to customersGuarantee the brand image:
Participate in the good presentation of products by highlighting new productsAssist the Visual Merchandiser in the preparation of the new layoutCheck the storage and labeling of products in reserveEnsure product quality through careful storagePropose merchandising adjustments to optimize the rotation of products in stockEnsure the daily supply of the Apartment and the perfect storage of reservesHave a team spirit:
