Role: STOCK KEEPER
Reports to: TEAM MANAGER
JOB MISSION: Support the sales team adequately, ensuring a proper supply of products on the sales floor while always keeping in mind excellence in customer service. Ensure the security of products and valuable goods in the warehouse.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Product Management:Ensure that all warehouse guidelines are strictly followed.Collaborate with Store Manager and Operations Manager to optimize warehouse management.Assist Store Manager and Team Manager in after-sales and repair activities.Maintain order in the warehouse and arrange products according to warehouse procedures.Register goods in the IT system.Ensure all transport documents are correctly filled, both manually and in the IT system.Prepare goods for shipment to customers, other stores, or corporate locations.Handle end-of-season returns and product transfers.Collaborate with couriers to ensure compliance with delivery timelines.Manage staff uniforms for the boutique.Inventories:Conduct regular checks of the warehouse as required and promptly update all warehouse information to Store Manager and/or Operations Manager.Prepare rotating, annual, or semi-annual inventories.Constantly ensure all necessary measures for the security of valuable goods, materials, and furniture.Verify that products are intact and update Store Manager regarding relevant issues (according to company damage procedures).Apply anti-theft tags and price tags on products and, if necessary, position them on the sales floor.Omnichannel:Execute omnichannel activities as required and according to company-established levels.Safety and Maintenance:Ensure the maintenance of the warehouse to guarantee that machinery, furniture, and tools function correctly.KEY SKILLS:
Execute excellently the procedures related to daily stock management.Be flexible, proactive, and autonomous.Analytical skills in solving issues related to rotating inventories and understanding system operations (SAP).Problem-solving and team-player.HOW WE ARE The Valentino Ecosystem is complex and interconnected.
