As a Stock Controller, you will ensure that each customer has a unique experience while respecting the image and culture of Kenzo. Reserve and Stock Management: Anticipate and plan deliveries in collaboration with the line manager. Receive, unpack, sort, check, label, beep, and put away merchandise. Manage all incoming and outgoing flows in the dedicated IT application. Organize and maintain stockroom tidiness (clean and tidy) in compliance with safety standards. Carry out weekly rolling inventories and half-yearly tax inventories. Propose and follow up action plans to reduce shrinkage. Manage the sales area. Prepare restocking in conjunction with the sales teams. In collaboration with the sales teams, make proposals to optimize stocks and ensure optimal organization of the sales outlet. Brand Promoter (Clients): Embody Kenzo Paris DNA to become a brand ambassador (knowledge of the House's heritage and mastery of its current positioning). Ensure that the standards of the Point of Sales uphold brand image (VM, cleaning, maintenance, etc.). Develop a deep fashion culture and awareness (products, fashion trends, and competitors). Know-How-to-Be: Respect uniform and grooming guidelines at all times. Able to adapt one's communication to each client profile. Demonstrate a perfect know-how-to-be and a positive mindset in any circumstances (politeness, body language, vocabulary, etc.).
