This role is essential in ensuring that our pharmacy maintains optimal stock levels, manages inventory efficiently, and reduces waste. The successful candidate will analyze inventory data, forecast supply needs, and collaborate with pharmacy staff and suppliers to maintain stock levels and streamline inventory processes.

Job Summary: Responsible for overseeing stock planning and implementation strategies aimed at increasing sales and reducing stock expiration. Ensures optimal stock fulfillment across all company-owned and franchise branches.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or any related field. At least 2 years of experience in inventory management, preferably within a pharmacy or healthcare setting. Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Excel. Experience with data analysis tools is a plus. Strong problem-solving abilities, with an aptitude for working with data to drive decision-making. Meticulous and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple inventory streams and complex data. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with pharmacy teams and external suppliers. Can work in Ortigas Center, Mandaluyong City. Available to work immediately.
