As a Senior Mobile App Developer, you will collaborate with smart engineers to deliver innovative, exciting and impacting conversational multi modal experiences by way of Assistants as Mobile Apps. You will own and lead application architecture, design and implementation strategy, working with our product team and customers to understand their vision and requirements. You will be adequately equipped and provided all freedom to operate with the latest technology stacks - to make the right and appropriate architectural and implementation choices. You will partner closely with our engineering, research, UX, field & marketing to build a product that customers need and love.
Your Responsibilities: As part of the Oracle Digital Assistant Platform team, you will be responsible for developing innovative digital assistant experiences for our customers. Responsibilities include the following:
Application Software design and development for Web and Mobile (iOS/Android)Primarily responsible for front end application architecture, design and implementation and integration with backend piecesWork with product managers, UX engineers and backend AI/ML platform for design and implementation of optimal CDXWrite clean maintainable code with adequate unit/integration test coverageParticipate actively in code reviews - able to both provide and incorporate critical feedback to improve product qualityOperate in a startup like environment constantly iterating through ideation, prototyping and productization phasesYour Qualifications: A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering or a related field5+ years of relevant professional experience in UI development with expertise in mobile platforms.Experienced and skilled - has a solid understanding of languages (one or more of JavaScript, Swift, Objective-C, TypeScript, Kotlin, Java, C#, Dart)Experience with Windows app development and integration using technologies such as OLEExperience with mobile app development frameworks (such as ReactNative)Solid engineering and coding skillsGood understanding of basic data structures, algorithms, async and object-oriented programmingExperience working on Android/iOS/PWA Apps (ideally available in the App Store)Preferred Qualifications: Experience with conversation design and implementation (think of Siri, Google, or Alexa assistant-based workflows)Experience with full-native, hybrid, and pure-web app development of multi modal applicationsStrong customer focus, experience working with enterprise customers and developersProven track record of successfully delivering on enterprise-level cloud applicationsExcellent written and oral communication skillsAbout Us: As a world leader in cloud solutions, Oracle uses tomorrow's technology to tackle today's problems.
