As a Java Senior Software Engineer in the Prime area, you: Have meaningful experience being in a Senior Engineer role driving technical work for other engineers.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and understand how to apply them.
Provide technical guidance for complex initiatives.
Deliver strategic technical improvements.
Improve code structure and architecture, taking care of testability and maintainability, and identifying opportunities for technical investments to help the team meet the objectives.
Effectively give and receive feedback, including code reviews, architecture reviews, and mentoring other team members, coaching them to upgrade their skills and grow to the next level.
Communicate complex ideas to technical and business stakeholders, and establish alignment within the broader organization.
Constantly look to expand your skills and skill sets through learning and increasing knowledge.
Work in a fully agile organisation, using Kanban practices to deliver business value continuously.
Actively participate in team ceremonies and events, as well as the product definition and ideation processes, as part of a high-performing cross-functional team, working with other top engineers, product managers, architects, and UX designers to design, build, operate and evolve the Prime domain of the microservice platform.
