Scope and Purpose The person will be in charge of developing the Spanish market for credit products and strengthening current relationships.
He/She will assist customers in primary and secondary activity with Intesa and, through extensive commercial/market activity, will work to develop the flow franchise on fixed income products.
Required Experience 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar role in a Tier 1 or Tier 2 bank.
Required Qualifications, Skills, and Knowledge Bachelor or Master degree.The person should meet all necessary conditions to work in financial markets, in the UK and in Europe.Good analytical skills and deep knowledge and genuine interest in the credits/rates markets, financials, senior and subordinated, HY, and some exposure to ABS/CLO.Capacity to analyze market environment, RV trades, client portfolio dynamics, and primary and secondary markets peculiarities for the specified asset classes.Proven and effective relationships with Iberia customers, RMs (including insurance and pension funds), and banks.Strong relationships with other Continental Europe accounts are a plus.Very good interpersonal skills and ability to partner with all stakeholders in the process; capability to develop and maintain long-term personal relationships with clients and colleagues and quick adaptation to new and challenging environments.
