What You'll Do : The SPO is responsible for developing, leading and project managing major strategic projects at Criteo.
These projects are highly cross-functional and aligned to business strategy change, and drive the organisation and our operating model transformation.
The team is also the guardian of the Company Race Plan our corporate priorities and associated initiatives and KPIs.
At the current time the focus is Criteo a comprehensive operating model transformation.
The Strategic Project Manager role is an amazing opportunity to contribute to Criteo development and transformation by managing transversal, strategic and impactful projects.
We have a very ambitious roadmap that includes company-wide exciting initiatives, some of which you will directly manage.
You'll be reporting to the SPO PM Director.
What will you be doing?
The Strategic Project Manager will have the responsibility to drive strategic and transversal projects from scoping to day-to-day management of the project and until successful delivery.
It includes : Ensure project scoping and problem solving through different qualitative (interviews, workshops, root cause analysis ) or quantitative analysis (data modelling) Formalize the strategic project recommendation and implementation plan with clear milestones, objectives and timeline Ensure day-to-day management of the project and track progress against plan Work closely and create trusted relationship with project stakeholders and ensure alignment and understanding of project objectives among the project team Identify risks and manage issues that could arise Ensure proper monitoring and reporting to project Sponsor Support improvement of methodologies, processes and tools Who You Are : Ideal Criteo skills / experience : Good understanding of Criteo strategy Strong belief that transformation is needed and an understanding of why Understanding of the Criteo product / business lines and their various dynamics Proven experience within Criteo leading cross-functional or operational projects General Skills : Communication : Effective verbal and written communication skills are crucial at every point of a change project Active Listening : Good communication is a two-way process; listening to internal customers' feedback, needs and concerns is vital Strategic Thinking : The ability to see the big picture, anticipate future trends and consequences, and incorporate them into the operational / organizational plan Project Management : A deep understanding of project management techniques such as planning, scheduling, risk management, and change control is crucial Measurement and Analysis : The ability to measure the effectiveness of change management initiatives and use that information to improve future efforts Interpersonal & Influencing Skills : Building strong relationships with team members, stakeholders, and other departments is key Problem Solving : Efficient and effective problem-solving for large scale programs with complex scenarios and high stakes Ideal backgrounds at / before Criteo : 3 / 4+ year Management / Strategy / Financial / M&A consulting Cross-functional project management exposure.
