As a Staff Software Engineer at Workato, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our engineering team. You will be responsible for leading a group of software engineers, providing technical guidance, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive experience in software development using Ruby, and a passion for building and scaling robust software systems.
