Our client, a leading innovator in power solutions, is seeking a Staff Analog Design Engineer to join their fast-paced Automotive BMS Product Line.
In this role, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of battery management systems, pushing the boundaries of creativity and technical expertise.
Responsibilities: Design high-precision analog circuits, including: Low-dropout regulators (LDOs) Charge pumps Bandgap references Amplifiers Data converters (DACs, ADCs) Other precision analog circuitry Analyse trade-offs and select optimal circuit topologies Actively participate in the entire product development cycle, from concept to launch Develop design-for-test (DFT) strategies to ensure optimal block performance Collaborate with layout engineers on critical analog implementation, monitor layout progress, and integrate post-layout extraction and simulation results Work with a team to verify and validate product behaviour before and after silicon manufacturing Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE/MSEE) or equivalent 5+ years of experience in analog circuit design Strong motivation and a passion for innovation Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills In-depth knowledge of transistor-level design and low-power design techniques Experience with Bipolar-CMOS-DMOS (BCD) processes Familiarity with mixed-signal design (a plus) This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and make a significant impact on the future of automotive technology.
