Staff Accountant

Duetto is looking for a Staff Accountant to assist in various areas of the accounting department. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, a strong problem-solver, have strong analytical skills, be self-motivated, and be able to work independently. The position requires excellent collaborative and communication skills.ResponsibilitiesManage regional payrolls with various payroll vendors.Manage worldwide employee T&E reporting.Prepare journal entry and month-end-close reconciliation.Support accounts receivable for invoicing and collection as needed.Assist with company audits and compile supporting documentation as necessary.Perform other related duties as assigned.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration.Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting/finance.Experience with Microsoft Office.Experience with NetSuite is a plus.Ability to work independently or in a team.The ability to manage time effectively is a must.Experience working in a fast-growing environment is highly preferred.Ability to work professionally with confidential information.English language is a must.German and Spanish Language preferred, but not required.
