Job Description Summary
The Staff Accountant ensures that all A/R and A/P transactions are posted regularly and invoices sent to clients. Ensures documentation for all invoices and payments are properly maintained.

Job Responsibilities

Post and manage electronic filing of vendor's invoices.
Respond to all vendor correspondence and reconcile all vendor statements and inquiries.
Manage and verify expense reports, ensuring their compliance with company policies.
Post bank payments and reconcile monthly balances.
Participate in month-end closing process (accounts reconciliation, preparing schedules).
Prepare and send out client invoices as requested.
Prepare reports as requested; use detailed tracking report to respond to client requests for expenses and cash forecasts.
Perform other duties as requested.
