The company is currently present in Belgium, France, Netherlands, Germany, Spain, Romania, Madagascar & Philippines & plans to scale up its presence around the world.
Sortlist just raised 11M€, with this Serie B fundraising we have the ambition to continue to grow our team and we're looking to actively launch our activity in the United Kingdom and the United States.
With 120 employees in total,we are planning to double our company size in the coming years and this is already happening.
We need your help to get there faster.About the role We are looking for an ambitious product marketing manager who will be in charge of developing the product's marketing and providers' activation strategy by defining the value proposition and driving adoption on the new and existing features releases of our product.
If you are passionate about researching customer needs and developing great communication strategies to answer them, we have the perfect job for you!
You will be leading the GTM plans and will work closely with the product, marketing and sales team.
As a Product Marketing Manager, you will deeply understand our customers, our community and the challenges they face.What will you do?
Develop the GTM strategies across all markets.
Work closely with sales and product teams to develop key messaging and value proposition.
Together with the product team, educate both internal and external stakeholders on our features and benefits.
Together with a content creator, create marketing programs (product videos, website copies, blog posts) that articulate the benefits of our product.
Create sales collateral and tools that align with the buying process and help move prospects & customers through the sales cycle.
Requirements Copywriting track record.
2-4 years of product marketing experience with at least 2 years of experience in a market-facing role (e.G.
delivering presentations to customers and prospects, conducting competitor analysis or market research).
Comfortable using collaboration and customer engagement tools such as Slack, Hubspot and Intercom.
Excellent people skills to interact with colleagues, cross-functional teams and third parties.
Ability to work with multiple departments, including senior management, sales and marketing, engineering, press, PR, product management.
Team player.
Demonstrated ability to follow-up and achieve impact in the form of feature adoption, engagement, and/or retention.
Strong communication skills.
The ability to coordinate the efforts of multiple diverse teams in a constantly changing environment is essential.
Fluent in English.
French, Spanish, German, or Dutch are a plus
