Job DescriptionYour key responsibilities:Create and execute a roadmap to launch and improve Global Mobility services in the markets Jobbatical operates inCollaborate with the Revenue team to set ambitious revenue targets for Jobbatical servicesCollaborate with the Product team to design and leverage features to accelerate productivity and scale delivery outputDesign and execute a scalable service delivery strategyOversee expansion strategy to new territoriesHire and provide leadership, direction, and mentoring to your team leads to build operational excellenceDesign and execute country playbooks to maximize productivity in delivery.
