Required Qualifications: Clearance: Active Top Secret clearance required (with willingness to undergo a CI Polygraph). Education & Experience: A four-year degree in System Administration, IT, Computer Science, or a related field, along with 5 years of experience designing, managing, and troubleshooting complex computer networks. Alternatively, 10 years of relevant experience can substitute for the degree requirement. Technical Skills: Proficiency in installing and configuring: Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops Citrix ADC (Netscaler) Microsoft Failover Cluster (current version) Microsoft Hyper-V Manager (current version) Microsoft System Center Virtual Machine Manager (SCVMM) Extensive knowledge of hypervisors , virtualization subsystems , and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) methodologies. Experience with PowerShell scripting for IT system automation and process optimization. Expertise in Active Directory (AD) for managing access control and system resources. Proven experience designing and implementing cloud-based remote access solutions . Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and additional Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or Chef.
