Responsible for supporting Global Marketing needs of the organization.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES Proactively develops and keeps up-to-date in-depth knowledge about Digital Marketing and Training.Leads development and implementation of new programs to support Digital Marketing and Training initiatives, including marketing campaigns, customer satisfaction, process improvements, and policy design.Drafts, edits, and manages technical documents to internal and external customers with regards to products, services, transitions, competition, and pricing.Drafts and edits marketing and other related materials intended for a wide range of stakeholders.Regularly connects with key stakeholders to identify efficiency opportunities in reporting and upcoming changes with the process and its impact to the team.Initiates value-adding reporting activities to support Global Marketing team.Performs Ad Hoc tasks as assigned.JOB REQUIREMENTS At least 1-2 years of experience in marketing automation systems (HubSpot, Eloqua, Marketo, etc.
).At least 1-2 years of experience in digital and social media marketing.At least one (1) year experience using Salesforce (preferred).Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office with advanced proficiency in Excel.Ability to process data and formulate a plan of action to support data analysis; highly organized and attentive to details.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Can work with minimum supervision with a strong desire to learn and accept new challenges; results and process-oriented.Proven ability to collaborate effectively across functional business organizations, service-oriented and can effectively manage client requests.Proven negotiating, leadership, and organizational skills.Excellent oral and written communications skills; able to effectively communicate with people from all levels and multi-cultures.Willing to work on EU schedule
