Our community of healthcare professionals is focused on innovation, research and the advancement of these fields to save and improve the lives of patients with blood-related disorders.OBJECTIVE OF THE POSTThe Accounting assistant undertakes all aspects of bookkeeping, including financial reporting, preparation and other hands-on financial activities.RESPONSABILITIES AND TASKSRecording expense reports and credit card reports;Preparation of sales invoices;Monitoring aged invoices (customers and suppliers);Intercompany reconciliations;Preparations of bi-weekly payments (NL/FR/ES).RequirementsProfessional qualification in finances and accounting;2-4 years' experience in a similar role;Experienced user of Microsoft products, particularly Excel;Knowledge of accounting;Professional English level;Good attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.NICE-TO-HAVESExperience in non-profit organizations;Experience in executing accounting procedures;Experience of online bookkeeping software + invoice processing;Knowledge of contract management;Excellent written and oral communication skills in Dutch.WHAT WE OFFERBe part of a non-profit society where you can make a difference;Work alongside a multicultural and diverse international team;Flexible working hours (starting from 8 to 10 am and finishing accordingly);Flexible locations: Based in Barcelona office 2 days per week and working remotely 3 days or fully remotely if not based in Barcelona;Full time position and indefinite contract (37.5 hours working week) with 2 months' probation period;Annual gross salary: 23.000 - 26.000 euros gross per year (depending on previous experience);Some foreign travel.ADDITIONAL BENEFITS (once probation period is over)Private health insurance;Monthly supplement to support nursery costs;Support in training and professional development.Location (Hybrid)
