The Global Services organization provides best-in-class, cost-effective services, and compliance—in a JJ way—to our Operating Companies around the world.Position: Analyst 2, Strategic Customer GroupKey Responsibilities:Be compliant with applicable laws and regulations, and follow guidelines in the JJ Credo.Maintain Operational Excellence: Perform day to day operations of Strategic Customer Group team.Act as the single point of contact and rapid response hub for developing contracts, customer analytics, and CPC governance.Ensure timeliness, completeness, accuracy, and validity of information (e.g., price, customer, contracts/agreements, product, etc.
).Prepare various business reports (e.g., Price exception analysis, GPO Supplemental List, etc.
).Prepare and calculate rebates and accruals.Ensure that documentation is complete and up to date.Resolve complex or critical process issues.Handle risks through mitigation.Support auditors and legal authorities with the execution of required activities.Ensure strong internal controls are in place to achieve adequate internal and external audit ratings.Build strong internal relationships and possess good interpersonal skills.Demonstrate quantitative and analytical skills for problem solving and issue/risk mitigation.Exhibit critical thinking and a customer-centric mindset.Be well versed in report automation and managing large data sets.Possess excellent skills in Excel and database tools (e.g., Macro, Qlik, and Power BI).Qualifications:Education: Candidates must have at least a university degree in Finance, Business, or any related field or equivalent.Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience with at least 1 year in Finance, Business, Pricing, Order-to-Cash, Contract Management, or related fields.Skills: Execute plans with attention to detail, operate with discipline and a sense of urgency, and have good presentation and communication skills.
Ability to work well in a cross-functional environment and build support across a complex set of stakeholders.Preferred: Strong in Finance, Business, Pricing, Order-to-Cash, Contract Management.
