Business Development Manager Evolution is a young and rapidly growing enterprise with +15 years experience helping deeptech ventures gain access to public/private funding for R&D projects and the commercialization of new technologies.
We support our clients in their path to market introduction of innovative products, processes, and services.
Today we are a team of 64 outstanding professionals working with startups and scaleups across 18 EU countries, and we are quickly expanding our geographical presence and service portfolio.
Our client base (with +500 clients) stretches across various industries, including transportation, energy, cleantech, medtech, robotics, aviation, nanomaterials, agriculture, health, environment, or other industrial processes, carrying on more than 350 annual projects.
We also promote entrepreneurship and hard science-based innovation by supporting the process of knowledge transfer between companies and institutions, by helping ventures access tax incentives, and by connecting technologies and people in the ecosystem where it is needed most.
As we are constantly growing and our goal is to keep doing it, our GR - EU Programmes - Business Development needs a new evolutioner for the team to help us with a Business Development Manager (BDM) role based in Madrid but working especially for the German market and some others in EU.
What will be your main responsibilities?
Develop the business in the German market and some other EU countries to support our business development team in the EU.
Scale Evolution's business by sourcing and vetting potential customers.
Analyze new products for feasibility to European funding programs.
Brand awareness and product presentation by attending information exchange forums, presentations, or trade shows.
Selling managed services to customers, from proposal to closing.
Collaborate hand in hand with the technical team to prepare qualified information about the lead or customer to be visited.
Update the information in the company's CRM.
What do you need to join our team?
Previous experience Minimum 3 years of experience as a sales or business developer.
Experienced in the world of EU programs H2020/Horizon Europe; experience in the EIC programs world is a plus.
Experience in the world of deeptech startups is an asset.
Previous experience working with CRM or other relevant sales tools, analytical techniques, and software.
