The senior procurement analyst role is part of the global transformation team. They will utilize, configure, implement, maintain, and customize the systems that store and process procurement data in support of the procurement and sourcing processes.
The senior analyst will be part of a team that offers global financial solutions, operational support, and the opportunity to lead change throughout the company.
They collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to determine primary needs and goals and create solutions to meet those objectives.
They provide data, configure systems, perform data migration, oversee the implementation of workflow processes, assist with user access and permissions, and perform ongoing troubleshooting.
They prepare actionable reports and create a variety of other materials including training documentation and department procedures.
Responsibilities:Oversee the administration of Global Sourcing tools such as SAP ERP and requisition tools.Identify and implement improvement opportunities within the sourcing tools and processes.Manage and update global sourcing policies and procedures.Implement and ensure alignment of sourcing processes and procedures.Act as the liaison of other business functions identifying key stakeholders and ensuring sourcing alignment is being facilitated among process owners.Work with the Global Sourcing team and senior management to standardize the supplier evaluation process and establish standardized reporting.Monitor sourcing processes and provide actionable reports based on progress and achievement of business objectives.Provide training and guidance to Sourcing team members and stakeholders and provide end-user support as required.Manage Procurement Help Desk, assigning tickets to appropriate persons and addressing Sourcing and Stakeholder issues.Enable effective change management practices.Utilize all available systems and participate in team building/collaborative exercises that facilitate continuous improvement and personal development.Coordinate with sourcing and analytical teams to improve procurement efficiency.Support other strategic initiatives and projects as required by the business.Coordinate master data activities.Review stakeholder input critically and play a role in designing and recommending the best solutions.View the business as your customer and bring initiative, self-direction with a focus on time management while understanding when to escalate issues and risks.Requirements:At least 5 years of relevant experience.Extensive SAP usage experience is necessary.Working experience with procurement and supply chain processes.Business transformation experience.Project Management and related software skills.Working experience with analytics and data mining tools to analyze business data, such as PowerBI.Excellent English communication skills; other languages will be an asset.Bachelor and/or master within a relevant field of study (Business, Supply Chain, Engineering).Self-motivated, can-do attitude, with the ability to work effectively in a diverse, cross-functional team environment.Goal-oriented with strong critical thinking skills and proactive with decisive action.Strong communication skills.What we can offer:Lunch Ticket COBEEADESLAS Additional health insuranceOffice located in Sant Cugat del Valles (25 Minutes by train from Plaza Catalunya)Hybrid work modelEqual Opportunity Employer
