Overview: Key Responsibilities: Implement the tools and processes of deployment and industrialization that ensure the sustainability working of web applications, track the evolution of these applications over time.
Be a strong stakeholder of building a platform-on-demand.Investigate and check systems, analyze and resolve performance and scalability issues.Lead and organize build projects with the Platform manager: define targets and roadmaps with the support of the architects and key engineers, make architecture choices, prioritize technical tasks, and help teams to reach objectives.Evangelize good practices and participate in building a true tech community.Key Qualifications: Strong expertise in large-scale and resilient infrastructures (physical and virtual) and DevOps tooling and infra-automation language.Knowledge about the AWS public cloud.Good knowledge of OS and network.Knowledge of API & Microservices Architecture.Technologies Requirements:Systems & Software: Debian, Docker, Kubernetes, nginx, Redis, GitLab.Service Mesh: Istio & Envoy is a plus.DB: PostgreSQL, MySQL knowledge is a plus.Event system: Kafka.Monitoring management skills: SLO/SLA, define metrics to measure the impact of a new feature.Automation: IAC, knowledge of a CI system.Quality/Testing: know best practices in terms of quality & testing.Be Bold, Ingenious & Responsible.Like to communicate, curiosity, initiative, pragmatism in a collaborative and challenging business & tech environment: Project management, mentoring, coaching, training, strong communication skills.Ability to evangelize platform-as-a-product and analyze organization & problematics within the tech department.
