In collaboration with our technology divisions, you will spearhead the implementation of our talent acquisition strategy across a spectrum of technical roles. As an integral member of our Global Talent Acquisition team, you will join forces with our technology leaders to identify and allure top-tier engineering professionals to our organization. This role will be based in our Barcelona office. You Will: Recruitment You will creatively use full-lifecycle recruiting techniques to build and engage networks, assess and hire qualified diverse senior engineering talent. Source active and passive candidates from a variety of channels and communities: online and internal databases, employee referrals, events, networking, research, etc. Be a strategic expert with leaders to establish plans, determine strategies, and provide solutions that redefine the way we recruit for diverse technical talent. Advocate for both client and candidate throughout the hiring process; establish regular touchpoints and provide diligent follow through resulting in an outstanding candidate experience. Build relationships and work with senior management and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, team goals, and establish talent acquisition strategies. Data/Analytics Manage weekly/quarterly recruitment dashboard. Leverage data to influence decisions on hiring approach and strategy. You Have: 5-7 years of recruitment experience within a corporate setting. Understanding of recruitment marketing trends, coupled with an intrinsic enthusiasm for customer experience, technological advancements, and innovative practices. Demonstrable prowess in organizational management, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. A collaborative and transparent work ethic that thrives in a team-centric environment. Openness to constructive feedback as an avenue for growth, both as a recruiter and as a strategic partner in the organization's success. Fluency in written and spoken English.
