Fever has developed a proprietary technology that inspires a global community of over 125M people through personalized and curated experiences in their local city whilst empowering entertainment and event creators to reach new audiences and enhance their experience.Sounds amazing, right?ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Sr. Tax Specialist, you will be playing a key role within Fever's Tax practice working closely with the Tax Manager and the rest of the team, helping with the global tax compliance and tax strategy of the Group. You will be expected to demonstrate ownership and proactivity getting things done in the tax area of a global high-growth business.The key responsibilities are as follows:Coordinate and review the indirect and direct tax compliance processes in all relevant jurisdictionsResearch and analyse specific indirect and direct taxation matters and provide tailored adviceIdentify risks and potential tax planning opportunitiesDetermine uncertain tax exposures and manage appropriate taxation provisioningAssist in the preparation of transfer pricing documentation, intercompany agreements, and draft policies governing intercompany transactionsCollaborate with third-party service providers as requiredWork with the Finance & Accounting teams to ensure adequate knowledge and application of taxation lawsSupport all indirect and direct tax audits / inquiries from tax authorities (alongside third-party providers and local finance teams)Preparation of applications for taxation rulings, tax incentives, and tax exemptions where availableProvision of advice to senior management on taxation risks and appropriate transaction structures concerning acquisitionsContribute to the improvements and the solutions of tax processesABOUT YOU In order to be successful in this role, you will:At least 4 years of relevant experience in taxation gained in practice or industryBachelor or Master degree in Finance or TaxInternational experience is a plusFinance orientedProven tax knowledge and familiar to work with other jurisdictionsMid - high Excel levelYou are a detail-oriented and organised workerBe fluent in written and spoken English
