This role involves close collaboration with Moderna's Drug Product Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs) to ensure on-time and in-full deliveries of our products.Here's What You'll Do:Your key responsibilities will be:Supporting the Director of External Manufacturing in tasks related to the buildup of GMP production at Drug Product CMOs.Acting as a counterpart for DP CMOs team members to ensure smooth production and delivery schedules.Partnering with Quality, Technical Development, Manufacturing Science and Technology, and Regulatory colleagues to resolve production issues, perform investigations, and manage change actions.Your responsibilities will also include:Ensuring operational-related activities at the DP CMOs meet all of Moderna's stringent requirements.Supporting and performing reviews of production performance, KPIs, CPV at CMOs.Driving and leading continuous improvements at DP CMOs.Writing, revising, and coordinating the review of GMP documentation to support production activities.Maintaining a frequent presence at external partners' sites to build strong relationships and assess improvement plans.The key Moderna Mindsets you'll need to succeed in the role:Pursue options in parallel: Be adaptable and agile, making the best choices through a parallel processing approach.Obsess over learning: You'll need a relentless desire to learn and adapt, which is crucial in our fast-paced environment.Here's What You'll Need Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences or Engineering.5-8 years of experience in biopharmaceutical operations or a master's degree with 2-5 years of industry experience required.
