As a Senior Solutions Architect, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our ERP initiatives.
You will be responsible for leading complex projects, designing innovative solutions, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and guide cross-functional teams, providing technical expertise and strategic direction.
Design and develop robust and scalable ERP solutions, aligning with business requirements and industry best practices.
Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to deployment, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
Leverage your deep understanding of Oracle technologies and financial or SCM business processes to deliver optimal solutions.
Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and translating them into actionable solutions.
Mentor and develop team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Identify and resolve complex technical issues, providing innovative solutions.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, driving innovation and process optimization.
Required Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in ERP integration, implementation and consulting.
Proven track record of managing complex projects and teams.
Strong understanding of Oracle technologies (e.G., EBS, Cloud ERP).
Deep knowledge of financial or SCM business processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications: Oracle certifications (OCP or OCE).
Experience with cloud-based ERP solutions (Oracle Cloud ERP).
Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements.
