The expansion plan has opportunity to work with different AB teams which will give you broad exposure to AB along with career growth.

The role has high potential growth that has opportunity to work with Sr. Engineering leadership (PE, Sr. SDE and Sr. Managers) across AB, consumer Prime and Marketing.The scope of the work spreads across multiple portfolio of products and services. It gives opportunity to get broader knowledge and experience of Amazon (buying experience, seller experience, Customer Acquisition, Account Management etc).You will apply Amazon innovation mechanisms and AWS technologies including native AWS, machine learning, and more at scale.You get to be part of a new team and shape the culture of the team.About the teamAmazon Business International Expansion (ABIX) owns the charter of expanding Business to Business market to new marketplaces. We don't follow the traditional launch plans but strive to build strategies identifying the opportunities that moves us faster. Along the way, we're going to face seemingly impossible problems. BASIC QUALIFICATIONSExperience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering teamExperience leading the architecture and design (architecture, design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and current systemsExperience in professional, non-internship software developmentExperience programming with at least one modern language such as Java, C++, or C# including object-oriented designExperience in development in the last 3 yearsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in computer science or equivalentExperience with full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operationsAmazon is an equal opportunities employer.
