If this sounds exciting to you, please read on.Prime Video's in-house Social Media team is looking for a Sr. Social Media Manager who will support the local execution & growth of our Social Media Campaigns in Spain.First, a little bit about us. Our goal is to drive Social buzz around Prime Video titles. We do this by delighting fans & creators through Social-first content & experiences. We strive to make our feeds as engaging as our customers' favorite TV shows.For this role, we need a team builder with significant experience supporting best-in-class Social/Editorial Content campaigns for major brands (agency or client side). It's based in Madrid.We'd love to find someone who is genuinely passionate about Entertainment — if you spend your weekends recommending to your friends what show or movie they should watch next, that's a great start. You need to have a deep understanding of what content resonates across the Social Media landscape; few things make you happier than a well-crafted caption. You obsessively keep up with the latest digital trends, and you've probably dabbled with AR or introduced your friends to the world of TikTok challenges. You stay curious, humble, and open-minded, and have experience crafting emotional stories that people connect with. You have a ruthlessly high bar for Creative output, and you're able to seamlessly switch between 'doing it yourself' and 'sprinkling magic dust' on Agency work. You're comfortable using data to test and refine your output, as well as prove impact. You thrive in entrepreneurial 'start-up' cultures where you have lots of responsibility. You're a big thinker who understands that innovation requires well-calculated risks, failure, and fats learning. You enjoy a culture that constantly aims to re-invent itself, breaking things (and building better things) along the way, while making history.Key Responsibilities:- Support and execute Social-first activations for fans of our flagship Amazon Original shows.- Help grow and nurture our Social communities across TikTok, Twitch, YouTube, and Instagram.- Collaborate on inserting Prime Video into trending conversations with the right audiences- Develop and coach junior members of staff and manage their development.- Manage a roster of Creative/Production/Creator agencies, ensuring they achieve goals and execute to highest standards.- Educate and inform key internal/external partners on Social trends (PR/Studios/Production Companies, Amazon Original Talent).- Report on KPIs & learnings to continuously refine your approach and show impact.please submit your CV in English- Significant experience leading teams & agencies- Comfortable interacting with external partners like Production Companies, Talent, and influencers
