A leading company in the manufacturing industry is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Site Manager to lead their operations in Hilden, Germany.
This critical role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of the site, delivering products at the agreed quality, service, and cost levels, and fostering a safe and productive work environment.
Key Accountabilities: Plans, leads, organizes, and controls the delivery of the site's contribution to business objectives and overall performance, providing insights based on thorough analysis.Establishes, achieves, enforces, and continuously improves performance levels for the site.Implements and operates the common HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) platform, effectively identifying and responding to hazards in HSE and security.Coaches, mentors, and develops site management team members, fostering a strong and collaborative team within a supportive work environment.Establishes a culture of functional and operational excellence, continuous improvement, accountability, professionalism, and commitment to company values and behaviors.Networks with other site managers and stakeholders, both inside and outside the organization, to develop and share knowledge, experience, and leverage best practices.Acts as the point of contact for internal and external audits. Job Requirements: University degree in engineering or equivalent.Proven track record of success in managing production operations.Excellent communication skills in both German and English.Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and deliver results in a manufacturing environment.Experience managing relationships with labor unions.
