The Sr. Salesforce Business Analyst will lead the ongoing development of our Salesforce deployment. The successful candidate will have a record of success in improving processes and adoption using the Salesforce platform. This role involves working closely with functional leaders, organizational units, and subject matter experts to identify, develop, and deploy new business processes including dashboards, forecasting, CPQ enhancements, approvals, territory management, marketing, outreach, and core program business processes. This role is part technical project manager, part administrator/developer, and part Salesforce analyst.
Key Responsibilities: Serve as the Sr. Salesforce Business Analyst for the Salesforce environment for 250+ sales users. Assist in training new users and grow the Salesforce skill set across the organization. Act as the liaison between users, vendors, and the application development teams and IT. Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades. Manage Salesforce data feeds and integrations. Oversee the importation of new leads and contacts from Marketing. Manage license allocation for Sales Productivity tools. Plan, lead, and conduct meetings with business partners to gather requirements. Conduct meetings to generate new ideas with the development group. Work towards training and gathering requirements for a management plan. Create data flow diagrams and various process flow diagrams. Work with Sales Enablement to design and create necessary training material. Outline the organization's hierarchy and create profiles, assign roles, and access accordingly in Salesforce. Design custom dashboards as per user needs. Develop standard operating procedures for data entry and maintenance. Support de-duplication efforts in conjunction with data governance teams. Establish suitable processes to support administrative, development, and change management activities. Work independently with members of the user community to evaluate, define, scope, and document development requirements. Required SkillsRequired Experience Experience in utilizing Salesforce, creating dashboards, reports, etc., or comparative CRM products. Hands-on experience in designing Salesforce or comparable CRM products. Proven capacity utilizing analytical and critical thinking skills in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented individual with the ability to quickly understand new clients, their business needs, and advancements. Strong communication skills (verbal and nonverbal) and interpersonal skills. Ability to juggle and organize various tasks within a collaborative team environment. Demonstrates adaptability and readiness to take necessary steps to get the job done. A zeal to learn both technical and practical skill sets. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio. Bachelor's Degree.
