We're seeking an experienced, driven, dynamic Training Specialist to help build and evolve an extraordinary training program for VCS's global sales and service teams. In this role, you will work closely with colleagues within the training team and stakeholders across the organization to proactively identify needs that allow for proper program development and delivery that promotes growth for our sellers, customer service agents, and customer-facing team leaders. The role will consist of evolving the existing training curriculum and developing new, innovative ways to increase competency in selling strategies, product knowledge, and customer service.
What You Will Do:Identify the organization's training and development needs and create entirely new initiatives or reform and improve existing programs at the direction of the training team manager;Assist in the evolution of New Hire Training Programs for inside sales teams, including the development of net new sessions as needed;Run the production of guides, videos, and other supporting content;Deliver training content, lead side-by-side sessions, group activities, and more;Provide accurate and timely communication as it relates to open projects.Your Qualifications:3+ years of consultative sales and systems training experience;Exceptional presentation skills (virtual and in-person) and a passion for learning;Proven ability to develop training materials in a variety of formats;Consistent track record in balancing multiple time-sensitive tasks with excellent output and on-time delivery;Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with team members across the globe;English and French Speaking.Nice to Have:Education and/or certification in adult learning practices;Experience working within a SaaS or platform sales organization;Experience with Salesforce, Loom, PowerPoint, and Excel;Print and digital marketing experience.Why You'll Love Working Here: There is a lot to love about working at Vista.
