We are seeking an innovative, creative, analytical and strategic thinker, who is passionate about digital media and the future of Twitch advertising. The ideal candidate enjoys solving complex problems, works effectively with cross-functional teams and thrives in a fast-paced setting that is constantly evolving. This role will be highly visible with senior levels of Amazon, and will need to work collaboratively with internal management teams to understand where our relative advantages or risks lie, where new market segments and solutions should be created.
As a Sales Specialist, you will: Develop strategies and solutions to drive adoption of Twitch offering with advertisers and ensure your customers' investments fit into their overall marketing strategy with Amazon.Work closely with Account Executives (AEs), Agency Development Managers (ADMs), Go to Market (GTM) specialists, and Amazon Ads Customers.Apply your creativity and curiosity by taking a lead in strategizing Twitch solutions for our advertisers.Dive deep within the advertising community to discuss Amazon's benefits.Work with internal and external stakeholders to innovate solutions that meet the objectives of our advertising customers.Define innovative advertising experiences and coordinate with internal teams to create scalable and repeatable solutions.Assess, develop, and advise senior leaders on overall business strategy. Key job responsibilities: Deliver the highest level of sales and customer service to our clients.Scale Twitch GTM strategies across sales teams.Develop and implement bespoke industry strategies within assigned verticals.Provide advertiser and/or vertical related insights and collateral to sales teams.Partner with sales and marketing teams to develop narratives that differentiate Amazon Ads offerings tied to customer objectives and business outcomes.Represent Amazon Ads externally at industry events to drive upfront and annual commitments.Determine the right goals, inform decisions, and help design scalable, long-term solutions that meet shared objectives.Leverage an entrepreneurial mindset to solve complex problems, with solutions tailored for each customer. Twitch is one of our most unique publishers. Our team is the single-threaded leader on all Twitch ad products, countries, and customer segments. We are responsible for overall Twitch Ads business strategy to fuel long-term growth and innovation - working closely with all sales and product teams across Amazon Ads and building on the foundation already established by integrating Twitch into the broader Amazon Ads organization.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS 5+ years of B2B sales experience.7+ years of digital media ad sales experience.Experience closing sales and revenue generation. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience managing internal and external relationships with senior stakeholders.Experience supporting GTM strategies, with an emphasis on packaging, positioning and messaging.Demonstrated ability to close sales and generate revenue.Manage customer objection handling and suggest alternative solutions.Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).Demonstrated strong analytical abilities and confidence in the use of data.Bachelor's degree or equivalent.Experience in working in a product facing role or working directly with product teams.Experience selling nascent products and/or services.Experience dealing with results, metrics and data management.Experience and success in negotiating complex deals.Experience in generating and delivering big ideas that deliver new ad revenue streams.Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously while defining and delivering priorities amidst ambiguity.
