We are seeking an innovative, creative, analytical and strategic thinker, who is passionate about digital media and the future of Twitch advertising. The ideal candidate enjoys solving complex problems, works effectively with cross-functional teams and thrives in a fast-paced setting that is constantly evolving. This role will be highly visible with senior levels of Amazon, and will need to work collaboratively with internal management teams to understand where our relative advantages or risks lie, and where new market segments and solutions should be created.As a Sales Specialist, you will develop strategies and solutions to drive adoption of Twitch offering with advertisers and ensure your customers' investments fit into their overall marketing strategy with Amazon. You will work closely with Account Executives (AEs), Agency Development Managers (ADMs), Go to Market (GTM) specialists, and Amazon Ads Customers. You are naturally curious, and will apply your creativity and curiosity by taking a lead in strategizing Twitch solutions for our advertisers, diving deep within the advertising community to discuss Amazon's benefits, and working both with internal and external stakeholders to innovate solutions that meet the objectives of our advertising customers. This role will define innovative advertising experiences and coordinate with internal teams to create scalable and repeatable solutions. The ideal candidate should have experience buying, planning, packaging, and selling both directly and programmatically. They will have a strong knowledge of the digital advertising landscape, experience negotiating and closing annual agreements, and the ability to drive conversations with C-Suite client contacts. They are comfortable with ambiguity and juggling multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced dynamic environment. They possess high levels of creativity, independence, flexibility and attention to detail.Key job responsibilitiesDeliver the highest level of sales and customer service to our clientsScale Twitch GTM strategies across sales teamsDevelop and implement bespoke industry strategies within assigned verticalsProvide advertiser and/or vertical related insights and collateral to sales teamsPartner with sales and marketing teams to develop narratives that differentiate Amazon Ads offerings tied to customer objectives and business outcomesRepresent Amazon Ads externally at industry events to drive upfront and annual commitmentsDetermine the right goals, inform decisions, and help design scalable, long-term solutions that meet shared objectivesLeverage an entrepreneurial mindset to solve complex problems, with solutions tailored for each customer and made as simple as possibleAssess, develop, and advise senior leaders on overall business strategyAbout the teamTwitch is one of our most unique publishers. Our team is the single-threaded leader on all Twitch ad products, countries, and customer segments.
