Role Description: Arcadis is looking for a Project Manager to join our Project Management team in Madrid, ES. This position will suit a highly motivated Project Manager to consolidate their career within the leading global Design & Consultancy firm for natural and built assets, joining a successful team with exceptional Multinational clients. Role Accountabilities: Client Management. Reviewing project documentation (plans, technical specifications, planning, etc.) and assessing the steps to be taken in relation to the progress of the project. Risk, sustainability, and environmental analysis considering time, cost, and quality. Project, cost, budget, planning, and resource management; project progress reporting; liaising with project stakeholders. Qualifications & Experience: 5-7 years of experience in Project Management, leading projects and teams. Bachelor's degree in Architecture / Technical Architecture and Master's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering + Master's Degree in Engineering. Experience in hotels and residential (new developments). Full professional English (reading, writing, and speaking) is a must. Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Tools and software relevant to job functions (AutoCad, Presto, REVIT, BIM). Timely delivery, consistency, and quality of deliverables to team and client expectations, in compliance with our business quality systems.
