.Job Overview:At CloudBlue, our Senior Commerce Platform Specialists play a vital role in the operations, maintenance, tooling, automation and optimization of our Commerce Platform. You will be focused on providing a stable platform to our customers and delivery teams and help our customers to leverage its full functionality to grow and scale their subscription-based business. Your expertise in commerce technology, coupled with your ability to translate complex business needs into practical, scalable solutions, is key to driving success.Collaboration with our talented, multi-disciplinary team and knowledge sharing are essential to achieving the best results. This is a high-impact role that involves a mix of technical responsibilities, customer interaction, and strategic project contributions.Key Responsibilities:Platform Operations: Execute platform operational tasks such as monitoring, capacity management, and performance tuning to ensure optimal service delivery.Platform Maintenance: Participate in platform/components updates roll out planning/delivering, enabling new functionality and technology transitions.Troubleshooting & Problem Solving: Investigate and troubleshoot technical issues, identify root causes, and implement appropriate solutions.Partner Support: Provide L2 global customer support via tickets for platform wide issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of technical and operational queries.Continuous Improvement: Challenge and optimize the existing platform architecture, foresee upcoming challenges, and address performance and scalability bottlenecks.Automation & Efficiency: Automate recurring tasks using APIs, scripts, and other tools to improve operational efficiency.Documentation & Standards: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including investigation steps, solutions, and project designs. Adhere to defined standards for quality and customer satisfaction.Collaboration & Teamwork: Work closely with internal teams, provide input in project design and planning phases, and participate in knowledge-sharing activities.Training & Development: Provide training to internal teams, contributing to the development of standardized and non-standardized training materials.Roadmap Contribution: Help drive the roadmap for in-house developments such as automation tools, reporting engines, and other key integrations.Required Skills and Qualifications:Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of modern commerce architectures and platforms, preferably with experience in technical hands-on roles.Analytical Thinking: Ability to think process-based and analytically, solving complex issues methodically.Communication: Strong communication skills, with the ability to work independently and manage relationships with partners effectively.Quality Focus: Commitment to delivering high-quality results and driving continuous improvement across operations
