Sr Product Owner - Sr. Business Analyst (Vh470)

Job Summary
5 years of experience in the role of Product Owner / Business Analyst in digital projects.
- Technical background with experience in the development world, ideally knowledge of APIs (being able to read and understand logs and review code).
- Language: English and Spanish.
- Knowledge of one or more banking products/processes (accounts, payments, cards, accounting, loans, deposits, contact center, wealth, onboarding...).
- Use of Jira and Confluence.
Responsibilities
- Functional definition of initiatives, epics, and user stories and manage their development and deliveries supporting the development team and working hand in hand with the team's Software Manager.
- Ensure that the team's planning is aligned with the priorities set in the project.
- Taking requirements.
- Requirements planning.
- Equipment sizing.
- Monitoring of team developments.
- Preparation, monitoring, and validation of testing.
- Package requirements for uploads to Pre/Pro environments.
- Incident management.
- Internal reporting and KPI monitoring.
