Sr Product Owner - Sr. Business Analyst

Job Summary
5 years of experience in the role of Product Owner / Business Analyst in digital projects.
Technical Skills:
Technical background with experience in the development world, ideally knowledge of APIs (being able to read and understand logs and review code).
Language: English and Spanish.
Knowledge of one or more banking products/processes (accounts, payments, cards, accounting, loans, deposits, contact center, wealth, onboarding, etc.).
Use of Jira and Confluence.
Responsibilities
Functional definition of initiatives, epics, and user stories, and manage their development and deliveries supporting the development team and working hand in hand with the team's Software Manager.
Ensure that the team's planning is aligned with the priorities set in the project.
Taking requirements.
Requirements planning.
Equipment sizing.
Monitoring of team developments.
Preparation, monitoring, and validation of testing.
Package requirements for uploads to Pre/Pro environments.
Incident management.
Internal reporting and KPI monitoring.
