You will require a relentless focus on delivering high-quality and scalable features with attention to detail, supporting critical go-to-market capabilities.What You Will Do (Essential Responsibilities):Drive product roadmap forward, delivering high-quality and scalable features with attention to detail and supporting critical go-to-market capabilities.Communicate plans and status with senior leadership.Work with the team as an Agile mentor, motivating them to be a self-sufficient unit and bring clarity on the goals.Plan and manage releases with the team.What You Will Need (Skills Required to be Successful):Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.Proven experience as a Product Owner, Technical Product Manager, or in a similar technical product role.Strong understanding of biometrics technology and related industry trends.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Ability to think strategically, set priorities, and make data-driven decisions.Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies is a big plus.Certification in Product Ownership or similar field is desirable.We take pride in enabling career growth in an environment of innovation and teamwork.
