Sr. Product Owner - Fraud/ Biocath

Job SummaryWe are looking for a PO to help transition our business from its existing work practices to infusing a real agile understanding from the top-down. You will coach, mentor, and guide our people to figure out the best solutions for their specific department challenges. You will analyze the organization's existing infrastructure and implement improvements to help streamline processes and create efficiencies.Responsibilities+ 5 years of experience in a Product Owner / Business Analyst role with experience in one of these products: (fraud assisted channels, digital channels, deposits)Technical background with experience in the development world, ideally knowledge of APIs (being able to read and understand logs and review code)Language: English and SpanishKnowledge of bank Fraud/BiocathUse of Jira, Confluence, and PostmanExperience in projects under Agile methodology (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)Good communication skills to work collaboratively in a teamExperience working with cross areas of the company (Legal, Compliance, Product, etc.) to translate their needs/specifications into functional requirements of the productExperience in effective communication with digital stakeholders, maintaining fluid and transparent communication with clients, development teams, financial teams, and regulatorsTechnical experience in collaboration with developers and APIs, understanding of cloud architecture and data modelingRequirements gathering and planningTeam sizing and tracking team developmentsPreparation, monitoring, and validation of testingPackaging requirements for uploads to Pre/Pro environmentsIncident managementInternal reporting and monitoring of KPIsNice to have: Working hours from Spain#J-18808-Ljbffr
