.The role is a great fit for an experienced product leader with a strong WebRTC background who understands CPaaS systems and enjoys working closely with developers.What You'll DoLead the vision, strategy and execution for functional areas of the Vonage Video API platform as part of a broader set of CPaaS APIs.Work closely with current customers to deeply understand their needs and develop product experiences that are easy to implement and grow platform value.Drive global cross-functional teams including engineering, PM, marketing, customer success, finance, data science, and business development to design a positive user experience as they transition from a legacy dashboard to the Vonage CPaaS APIs Dashboard.Perform industry and competitive analysis to identify trends, portfolio gaps and new product opportunities.Define key metrics to evaluate product performance, with ability to analyze data, inform product decisions and measure success.Understand customer needs and collaborate with engineering and UX to translate into product requirements and user stories.What's Required For Application8+ years as a Product Manager delivering client or cloud based platform products and features (SaaS or PaaS).Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
