You'll partner with technology, operational and functional business leaders to gain insights into the needs of the business.As Senior Product Manager, TripSource, you will:Work in partnership with internal business stakeholders to formulate and prioritize product development roadmapTake the initiative to discover business logic flaws, data imperfections, potential product enhancements, and drive product improvementTranslate high-level requirements into detailed business requirementsUse your knowledge of our products to suggest improvements to product requirementsChallenge proposed stakeholder solutions and solve for the underlying problemMonitor the development calendar; know where your features are in development at all times by working closely with development and QA teams and manage blockers and dependenciesManage expectations of product delivery scope and timelines with internal stakeholders by driving trade-off discussions and communicating accurate timelines to all stakeholdersKnow how the platform works and be the expert that helps us get the most out of existing capabilitiesWork in partnership on all business readiness activities, such as product demos, product documentation, acceptance testing, and rolloutAbout you:Prior experience in the travel industry domain preferredPrior experience in product managementAbility to drive projects to completion with little guidanceAnalytical ability, demonstrated by being able to quickly grasp and break apart complex concepts into logical, understandable, and sequenced development stepsTechnically oriented with strong attention to detail. You must understand the product and business logic, data sources and uses, technical limitations, and feature inter-dependenciesAbility to quickly learn about new technologies and gain a deep understanding of existing productsRequired language: English#J-18808-Ljbffr
