We are looking for an exceptional, highly analytical, intellectually curious, organized self-starter and excellent communicator, to join our Fresh team as Senior Product Manager (Madrid or Milan-based).
You are passionate about working backwards from the customer, mixing strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to work effectively across teams.
This role will be pivotal in helping Fresh to develop its online CX, providing actionable insights and supporting our L-Team on the definition of the strategy based on triangulation of insights from multiple sources (e.G., internal customer data, Voice of the Customer mechanisms, external research, and competitor benchmarking).As an ideal candidate, you have strong stakeholder management skills, a good understanding of research methods, and are comfortable with quantitative data analysis.
You work with minimal direction and move quickly while delivering high-quality outputs.
You will work on overlapping projects, so skill in multi-tasking, juggling competing priorities, and organizing your workload are essential.
