Job Title: Senior Procurement Manager, Procurement Innovation
Key Responsibilities: Lead the teams of a) strategy and intake b) program management and adoption and c) serial-life support and continuous improvement.Identify key business challenges to be solved through digitalization and map with best-in-class solutions.Influence the overall GPO digitalization strategy and long-term roadmap.Lead high-complexity end-to-end procurement innovation and programs, from identifying key business challenges to delivering desired strategic outputs and business objectives.Design an iterative process of development, adoption, and inspection, identifying areas for improvement in each iteration.Define and assemble virtual teams working under an innovation incubation mechanism, with customer experience and feedback at the center of development.Lead change management and adoption of new products or services across the procurement function and business stakeholders.Regularly communicate with senior management on progress, risks, and change control.Measure key metrics: customer experience, efficiency, adoption, and system downtime.Maintain a strong customer focus, taking the time to understand the needs of the business.Utilize strong analytical skills to quickly synthesize, distill, and draw conclusions from large amounts of data.Manage multiple simultaneous projects requiring frequent communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.Qualifications: Leadership experience in procurement or consultancy.Proven track record of successfully driving process improvement and digital transformation programs in large procurement and/or supply chain organizations.Extensive hands-on experience in the end-to-end procurement processes of large-scale organizations.Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, scope requirements, and prioritize tasks.Ability to present and influence at all levels within the organization and work with both technical and non-technical teams.Results-oriented with a strong delivery focus who can work independently and collaboratively with global teams while leading people empathetically.Passionate self-starter with the highest integrity and ethics.Amazon's mission is to be the most customer-centric company on Earth.
